How to Apply?
Learn the admission process and application requirements for UG and PG programmes.
Admission to Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programmes is offered under Merit Quota and Management Quota, with seats allocated as per the norms and regulations of Mahatma Gandhi University.
Merit Quota
Candidates seeking admission under the Merit Quota must submit their applications through the Mahatma Gandhi University Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) Portal, following the guidelines and schedule announced by the University.
Management Quota
Applicants seeking admission under the Management Quota should obtain the prescribed application form from the College Office or download it from the college website (if available). The completed application form, along with the required documents, must be submitted to the Principal, Baselios Paulose Second College, Piramadom, within the stipulated admission period.
Important Instructions
- UG applications should be submitted after the publication of the Higher Secondary Examination results.
- PG applications should be submitted after the declaration of the Undergraduate (Degree) examination results.
- Ensure that all required information and supporting documents are provided. Incomplete or incorrectly filled applications are liable to be rejected.
- Admission is subject to the eligibility criteria and regulations prescribed by Mahatma Gandhi University and the Government of Kerala.

Candidates are required to produce the following original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of admission:
- SSLC Certificate and Mark Sheet
- Higher Secondary (+2) Certificate and Mark Sheet
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Conduct Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Two Stamp-size Photographs
- Two Passport-size Photographs
- Fresh Income Certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Deputy Tahsildar (where applicable)
- Disability Certificate for differently abled candidates (if applicable)
- Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam for candidates who have qualified from other State Boards, Universities, or Foreign Boards
